Polymer processing aid PPA 001

PPA-001 is one kind of fluorine content processing Master Batch pellets, using LLDPE as carrier, made through double strew extrusion. It can be used as polyolefin processing additive for extrusion of cable, blown film, without influencing the physical, adhesive, printing and thermal sealing properties of polyolefin.

Performance and Characteristic:

1. Remove or reduce the surface defect (like fracture of melt), improve the smooth and lightness of

Surface of finished product;

2. Reduce the gel of film and membrane

3. Reduce pressure of mold, energy consumption as well as temperature;

4. It will also reduce surface melting viscosity, remove the die accumulation.

5. It will reduce production cost and improve the production efficiency. (Under same mold pressure and temperature)

Processing guide

The equipment should be cleaned completely when firstly use PPA; 

Running the equipment for 20 minutes with high concentration MB;

Reduce content of MB to normal percentage (0.5-2%) for long term production.

Storage and Shelf life

6 months and should be stored in clean, dry place with temperature below 30 0C.

Bag or drum package, with net weight 25kgs.
